PARTNERING IN CALGARY

Southwinds Church was established a few years ago in the subdivision of Mahogany. It is located in the southeast corner of Calgary, Alberta. We partnered with First Baptist Church of Cleveland TN. and F.B.C. of Hilton Head, S.C.

TEAM IN MAHOGANY

Here is our team, combined with the team from F.B.C. Cleveland. We are located on the “green space” that we used for our Kids Kamp event. Mahogany is a developed subdivision with houses, schools, shopping and all sorts of outdoor possibilities.

KIDS KAMP

We coordinated our efforts and provided a Kids Kamp in the mornings and evenings. We enrolled around 200 children for the week. One of the many benefits was, we got to meet and talk to a lot of parents and many became interested to receive more information about Southwinds.

WORSHIP & FELLOWSHIP

Every Sunday morning Southwinds gathers at the local community center for a time of worship and fellowship. The community center is right in the middle of Mahogany’s development. There is a time of fellowship, music and teaching by Brett.
